BIO:
Kay Lexi (Karyn Alexis) has earned a reputation within the urban community as the Queen of Urban Networking by establishing the Hood Connected Networking Circle. With a growing membership of over 700 business owners, entertainers, and publicists, she masterfully connects with people and has a natural ability to unify individuals for mutually beneficial relationships. The Hood Connected Networking Circle was established to link up entertainers and their fans through monthly promotions and marketing opportunities. Her own obstacles in the industry taught her the value of networking. She staunchly believes that “Your network can determine your net worth.”
More than a master networker, she is also the host of Hood Connected Radio and the official voice of Freeway Enterprises, owned by the REAL Ricky Ross. She currently provides services for industry professionals such as Producer Kill Will ("Fire Flame" producer), Street Soul Entertainer Jay Rush Jennings (brother of Lyfe Jennings), the real Freeway Ricky Ross, and Lady ReRun, just to name a few.
Kay was born in Cheyenne, WY but immediately moved to Cleveland, OH where she was raised and has lived majority of her life. After winning a local talent show with a group she was in as a teen, she ran away to NY to pursue her music career, unaware of the hard work and politics involved. This was the beginning of the Hood Connected Networking Circle, even though it would be years before she formed her limited liability company. After returning from NY, she began to network within her local community and assisting local talent with booking, management, and PR. She has performed in local shows and been featured on a few songs with affiliated artists before establishing her own business in 2005.

She is also a well rounded individual who commits her time and resources to community projects such as lead poison awareness and autism. Kay is an “urban-preneur” with several projects in the works and more sure to come. With an encouraging, outspoken, and ambitious personality, this all around positive young woman shows no signs of slowing down. She has been featured on Bad Boy Entertainment’s website and is currently working to solidify her position within the business and entertainment industry as tan innovative CEO, voice talent, radio personality, and community figure. She is also working with other respected professionals to establish a one-stop-shop for up-and-coming entertainers and business owners needing assistance with their marketing and PR needs. Kay Lexi is a superstar in the making who knows that the best is yet to come!
