Another moving force in the networking world....Kimberly Bell

Kimberly & Twista 3/2011
My name is Kimberly Charnell Bell and was born in 1979. Music has been my system every since I was younger. When I was five years old, my uncles had a family business. They owned to night clubs, one in Franklin, Ky and the other in Bowling Green, KY called The Blue Galaxy and Galaxy 2. It was always packed on Friday and Saturday nights and always had live bands. They would play all kinds of 70's and 80's feel good music. I knew that the art of music would always stay in my system. I also remembered my family talking about a band that performed there live and tore the house down with their music and voices. Years later, they were known to be the group Silk. After graduated high school and entering freshman year with a child on my hip, I thought that the corporate life was the place for me to make it. In 2001 I graduated with a Medical Transcription Diploma cause it was in huge demand. Later I found out that its not what you know, but who you know. Never could find a really good job in that field. Then, In March 2007, I graduated with my Associate's Degree in Microsoft Support Engineering. Computer Engineers were also in high demand, but again, its not what you know but who you know. I always knew that I was good with computers, loved the music industry, and meeting people. So, I decided in 2009 I started going to clubs and see how many people I knew there and if I went on a regular basis would they follow me at every party like my uncles used to do it. Other promoters in my area started to take a notice of me and the people that knew me and would go to all the parties that I attended. I met a lady that showed me the dos and don'ts of promoting. So I felt that this was the career for me. Till this day, I still can't believe the things I have accomplished and the people that I have met on a local and celebrity level. I have promoted and met the likes of Dorrough, Gorrilla Zoe, Cassidy, Young Joc, Diamond and Princess from Crime Mob, Terrance J from 106&Park, OJ da Juiceman, Project Pat, Louisiana Cash, F.L.Y, Nappy Roots, TV Personalities Unique and Caviar from For The Love of Ray J Show, Natalie and Flo from the Bad Girls Club, Trina, Webbie, Young Buck, Chalie Boy, Travis Porter, and Twista. Then in the Summer of 2010, me and my cousin that is my silent partner, started Klassy Ladies Ent. It has become very successful in my home town. We have also partnered up DunnDeal Promotions that is ran but Terrance Dunn. I also currently do promotions for Toobigtv.com with TooBig and D-Roc from the Ying Yang Twins, and the list goes on.We currently manage different artists such as Legend, The Real Mr. L. B., krownk, Noble Kause, and other artists as well.  I also currently do promotions for Toobigtv.com with TooBig and D-Roc from the Ying Yang Twins, Gurrealla Hustlas, and Trauma. I have also became one of the Adminstratives for the Fa Eva Hood Connected group ran by Kay Lexi. She has shown me that with hard work, anything can be possible. All I can say, is that God is good because if it wasn't for him, I never would have made it thus far.

JoNetta Rene’ is a young writer and business owner from the Midwest. She’s had a desire for writingfrom a very young age, and describes it as her “first love”. At only 8 years old, she would writeplays for her friends, short stories, poems and songs. Always knowing that she wanted to become asuccessful published author, JoNetta studied works by famous writers that she admired so that shecould find and perfect her own writing style. In 2008, JoNetta received her Bachelor of Arts degreein Creative Writing from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. Although this was a greataccomplishment, she knew that it was only the first step in achieving her ultimate goal.

After sending in manuscripts and diligently pursuing writing and editing jobs, JoNetta realized thatshe had the knowledge and ability to start her own company that would one day help artists all over
the world. In 2010, she started her company own called Scribble Therapy. Scribble Therapy started as a website for writers to gain exposure, and network with others in their respective writing field.
However, it has since expanded into an organization for all artists. The Scribble Therapy team works with musicians, painters, photographers, sketch artists, designers, dancers, and much more. Scribble Therapy helps promote these artists, so that they can be seen and heard by top executives in their industry, while also establishing a fan base and raising awareness of their particular art form. Outside of the website, Scribble Therapy also has spoken word events, creates therapy albums from the poetry and music on their website, and much more.

When she has time off from Scribble Therapy, Jonetta is in the booth laying down tracks with her rap clique “N.E.W.S.”, under her stage name 'Mz. Cookie'. Rapping and singing are her new-found hobbies, and although they come second to her writing career, she is enjoying every minute this new venture. She has also been featured on mixtapes and singles, and some of the songs can be found on the Scribble Therapy website.

JoNetta is also currently working on her first chap book (a poetry collection), and also a fiction series entitled Blind Date. T-Why Xclusive

With ten strong years of music production under his belt, Pomona, CA based producer Twhy is in an ideal position to cement his name into the minds of those who monitor and work in the rap music community. For the past decade, he's gained vast and valuable experience and notoriety behind the mixing board churning out beats like a one man hit factory - all while secretly aspiring to one day get a chance to shine on his own as producer, musician, and MC.

Now, that time has arrived in the form of his first grand hit single entitled, "Spotlight" featuring mulit-platinum rapper Paul Wall (Swisha House Records).  The production of the track turned into a perfect storm for Twhy to showcase his abilities as a producer AND artist.  As hot as "Spotlight" may be, it is actually just a teaser track for his first solo full length album that is set to drop in the 1st quarter of 2011.

As the tattoo on his left forearm boldly states, "Music is Life", and Twhy embodies this statement with his rare commitment to perfection and a constant drive to reach new levels of success in the music business.  TWhy recently signed an artist sponsorship deal with NadaBrand Lifestyle and Apparel Co. and is looking forward to assisting in pushing the brand out to the hip hop and rap community. TWhy explains, "When they first approached me i thought it was a little weird but when I thought about it this was a big stepping stone to do good for both NadaBrand and my career as a musician. Plus.. HAHA, I like the clothes. They even made one inspired by me… NOW THATS XCLUSIVE ".

Looks like TWHY is here to stay.
Stay tuned for more updates.

Chyna Doll: A New Chick in the Game

A small town lady with big city ambitions, Jennifer “Chyna Doll” Kinzer, was born in Columbia, TN August 4th, 1988.This 22 yr. old talented young lady has been singing since the tender age of three. Her strong voice was developed in her church roots. Despite her small stature, this 5 foot diva is action packed and full of sassiness. She has been labeled a double threat by her peers due to her recent quests into rapping but will make it clear that singing is her first love.
Music has been an important part of her life growing up, especially now. She been singing every since she can remember. Chyna did her first talent show at age 5. Her mother Birdie is a singer so it is definitely in the genes. She was active in chorus in high school and the first two years of her college career at Middle Tennessee State University where she is a senior Health Education major with minor in Sociology. With coming from a church background her family had a few reservations of Chyna getting into the music industry. Birdie is very concerned about the content of my music. She wants it to always remain a reflection of me. They are sometimes fearful of the people that may not be in my best interest and a loss of privacy once I reach super star status. "I vow to remain a lady." Her influences in music include her mother. She also loves Mary J. Blige, Aaliyah, Monica, Keyshia Cole, Fantasia, Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson, and Whitney Houston. Each of these ladies remind her of what she wants to develop into. Chyna Doll wants to be an all around performer. She want fans to leave her show knowing she gave them her best. She strives to have classic, quality music. She would like her music to portray who she really is giving her fans a backstage pass in a sense.
Chyna Doll is making a buzz for herself as an indie artist but does strive for that ultimate record deal. “I understand that nothing will be given to me I must be dedicated, persistent, and marketable to make it and survive in this cut throat industry”. If one was to ask what her musical style is it would be best described as an R&B dish with a spicy seasoning of hip hop. She prides her current fan base simply to hard work and will continue to go hard and practice will make perfect. Her projects include “Playtime is Ova” an r & b mixtape and the “Fresh Princess” mixtape where she sings hooks and drops bars, her latest addition is the “Throne Mixtape” hosted by Slip n Slide Dj Skinny available for listen and download online at http://tweetmymixtape.com/5a25e5 .It’s not hard to tell she is on her –ish.
